Eric Adcock is an associate in the Intellectual Property Section at Williams Mullen. His practice focuses primarily on chemical patent prosecution and enforcement. Mr. Adcock has prosecution experience in pharmaceuticals and other chemical technologies and has litigation experience in Hatch-Waxman cases. He also provides legal services to clients on other patent-related matters, including opinions on patent validity, infringement and licensing.
