Benjamin Arden is an associate in the firm's Business Section and a member of the Communications Practice Group. His practice focuses on broadcast media, telecommunications, general business matters, litigation and corporate/regulatory compliance. Mr. Arden is experienced assisting clients in matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and the application of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
