R. Brian Ball is vice chair of the Business Department at Williams Mullen.  He concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, capital formation and strategic planning.  He also regularly represents clients before the Virginia General Assembly and state and federal administrative agencies.  Mr. Ball serves on the firm's board of directors.
