Kevin Benedict is a partner in the firm's Litigation Section. Mr. Benedict concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal appeals, business litigation, construction and real estate law, and state and local taxation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Benedict served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sidney S. Eagles, Jr., former Chief Judge of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

- Successfully argued numerous cases on motions to dismiss and summary judgment before state and federal trial courts, the great majority involving significant business, construction, real estate and technology issues
- Maintained key roles in the litigation of complex business and construction cases, and in the defense of a complex business class action suits
