Beth Hirsch Berman is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Labor & Employment sections at Williams Mullen. Her practice is focused in the area of intellectual property law and employment law. Ms. Hirsch Berman assists clients in registering and licensing patents, trademarks and copyrights and litigates infringement claims on their behalf. She also advises clients and defends them in discrimination matters, FLSA, wage and hour class actions and collective actions, the WARN ACT, covenants not to compete and employment agreements and the FMLA.
