John Bilzor is a partner in the Business Section at Williams Mullen. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, distribution and franchise law, corporations, investments and finance, limited liability companies and other business entities, licensing and health law. Before joining the firm, he was a partner with Hofheimer Nusbaum, P.C., which merged with Williams Mullen in 2004.
