Greg Bishop is a partner in the Business Section at Williams Mullen and a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee. His practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and securities transactions. Mr. Bishop also regularly counsels public and privately-held entities in such areas as private equity financing, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, and executive benefits. He also provides clients with general business counsel and long-range planning. As a certified public accountant (formerly with KPMG), Mr. Bishop incorporates strategic finance and tax advice into his practice that is tailored specifically to the needs of corporate clients.
