Larry Bryant is a partner in the Norfolk office of Williams Mullen and a member of the firm's Banking and Real Estate Section. He concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, and he has extensive experience in acquiring, selling, exchanging, leasing, and financing commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties throughout Virginia and the United States. Mr. Bryant represents clients in sophisticated land development and construction projects and has extensive experience in handling rezonings, special use permits, special exceptions, and variances, as well as negotiating AIA and other contracts with general contractors, construction managers and architects. He also has significant experience in creating office and residential condominiums.

Represented the developer in the development and leasing of a Class A office park in a public/private venture with a locality.
Represented the developer in the acquisition of 60 acres of waterfront land in a mixed-use residential/retail project.
Represented the developer in the acquisition of 50 acres of industrial waterfront land formerly used as a lubrication plant, involving the environmental remediation of the property and construction of piers and other waterfront improvements for various industrial tenants.
Continuing representation of a major institutional real estate investor in acquiring, leasing and selling significant office, retail and multi-family residential properties across the United States.
