Robert Burger is a partner in the firm's Litigation Section. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on banking, fiduciary, real estate and construction matters. Mr. Burger has experience litigating these types of cases in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burger was a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Prince, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
