Practice Areas
International

Michael Burke is a partner in the firm's International Section, where his practice focuses on advising U.S. companies on the structure and operation of investments in Greater China. Mr. Burke is experienced in China-related direct investments, acquisitions, private equity transactions and technology ventures. In addition, he has advised clients on transactions and investments in Australia, the European Union (especially Ireland), India, Israel, Japan, Latin America, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and Thailand. He speaks French and Spanish and continues to hone his Mandarin Chinese.
