Mike Buseck is a partner with the Financial Services Section of Williams Mullen. His practice concentrates on banking, commercial real estate and finance. In banking, he has extensive experience representing various financial institutions on a variety of financings, including commercial real estate acquisition and construction loans and asset backed corporate financing. In real estate, he has represented numerous developers in various types of commercial real estate transactions and tax credit syndications, including the acquisition, development and financing of low income housing tax credit apartments, historic rehabilitation tax credit buildings, residential subdivisions, shopping centers and office buildings, as well as the acquisition and development of property for a corporation's own use.
