Christian Chiles is a partner in the firm's Financial Services and Real Estate sections. Mr. Chiles concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and banking services. He has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for office, retail and industrial properties, representing borrowers and lenders for loans in commercial real estate, banking and business transactions, and representing clients in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial real estate, including zoning and land use matters, and the purchase and sale of businesses and related corporate matters. Prior to joining Williams Mullen in 2000, he was a partner in a general litigation, corporate and real estate law firm in Chesapeake, Va.
