Cliff Coppola is an associate in the Health Care Section at Williams Mullen. He maintains a general commercial practice with an emphasis in health care and counsels clients, including physicians, nursing homes and hospitals, in matters concerning physician and professional contracting, health care joint ventures, health care acquisitions and health care equipment leasing. He also provides counsel in diverse regulatory areas, including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, Stark law, HIPAA privacy law, antitrust, certificate of need, licensing and tax exempt entity law. He also has significant experience in securities matters, general corporate matters, consumer credit issues, trademarks/tradename and intellectual property issues, antitrust matters and business license, sales, use and property taxes.
