Steven Delaney is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Section, where he concentrates his practice on real estate acquisitions, financing and commercial leasing. Mr. Delaney represents financial institutions and other lenders in financings, joint ventures agreements, workouts, foreclosures and management of real estate assets. He also advises real estate investment trusts, developers and commercial entities on the acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial, retail and residential real estate projects.
