Arlene Diosegy is a partner and co-chair of the Health Care Section and a vice president on the firm's board of directors. In her practice, Ms. Diosegy provides traditional health law services to physicians, hospitals and hospital networks, medical staffs, group practices, physician/hospital organizations and independent practice associations.  She also advises clients on business matters, including transactional and corporate law, tax issues, payor relationships and contracts, administrative law and litigation. She also provides counsel to a number of biotech and telemedicine companies.
