Kathryn Flippen is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Section, where her practice focuses on commercial real estate and leasing matters. Ms. Flippen represents parties in all phases of the transaction including acquisition, financing and development. She has experience representing parties in the purchase and sale of businesses, negotiating leases, representing borrowers and lenders for loans in commercial real estate, and the development of commercial real estate, including zoning and land use matters. Ms. Flippen also has experience in guiding clients in shareholder, operating and buy-sell agreements.
