Philip Goodpasture is a partner in the firm's Business Section, where his practice focuses on internet commerce, the music entertainment industry and investment strategies for business and individuals. Mr. Goodpasture provides advice to clients on legal and business matters, such as deal structure, transaction strategy and strategic planning.
