Bill Gwyn is a partner in the Business Section at Williams Mullen. He has over 20 years of experience counseling and serving clients in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, international transactions, joint ventures, licensing, and commercial transactions. Mr. Gwyn represents Fortune 500 companies, as well as privately held businesses in both domestic and international transactions. His industry experience includes software, biotechnology, communications, electronics, financial institutions, agribusiness, distribution and manufacturing.
