Brooks Hock is the chair of the Real Estate and Financial Services Sections at Williams Mullen and serves as secretary on the firm's board of directors. His practice involves all areas of commercial real estate, and he has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of property throughout Virginia and other areas of the southeast. In addition, Mr. Hock has regularly represented regional and national landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation and preparation of leases for all types of commercial property. Mr. Hock frequently lectures and has published articles on real estate, like-kind exchanges, and gasoline retailing topics.
