Brian Johnson is a partner in the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Section, where he focuses his practice on business formations and financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business matters. Mr. Johnson is highly experienced in contract drafting and negotiation, asset sales and stock sales, and venture capital transactions. In addition, Mr. Johnson has experience in a variety of real estate transactions and lender/borrower representations.  Prior to law school, Mr. Johnson worked for six years as a commercial banker for a national banking organization.

  • Lead transactional attorney in acquisition of group of pathology clinics in southeastern United States.

  • Served as lead transactional attorney for borrower on $14M secured credit facility used to construct a water pipeline.
  • Served as primary counsel on multiple acquisitions of ranch properties throughout Texas for a private investment partnership.
