Josh Krasner is a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Section. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, employment litigation and labor relations. Mr. Krasner has substantial experience defending companies against allegations of discrimination and harassment arising under Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA and the ADEA, and representing employers before the EEOC and in federal court. He regularly counsels management regarding questions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, as well as on employee handbooks, drug testing and Department of Transportation regulatory compliance. In the area of labor relations, Mr. Krasner defends companies in representation hearings and in unfair labor practice litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krasner clerked for the Honorable I. Beverly Lake, Jr., Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
