Billy Mauck chairs the firm's Construction Law Practice Group and is a partner in the Litigation Section at Williams Mullen. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in the construction industry in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and in arbitration and mediation on a variety of matters, including delay and inefficiency claims, design-related issues, performance and payment bond claims, mechanic's liens, and defective construction materials. He is experienced in the negotiation, formation, drafting and administration of construction contracts and related documents and routinely counsels clients in these matters. He joined Williams Mullen in 1986, after serving as law clerk to the Honorable A. Christian Compton of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
