John Russell is a partner in the William Mullen's Real Estate and Financial Services sections focusing on commercial real estate, finance and general business matters. He represents owners, developers, investors, businesses, lenders, landlords and tenants in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. He is highly experienced in business law, representing small business owners in general business, corporate and intellectual property matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, asset sales and stock sales.
