Tracy Schwarzschild's practice at Williams Mullen focuses on corporate, banking, corporate finance and bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. A partner in the firm's Financial Services Section, he has served as lead counsel to committees, banks, insurance companies, trade creditors, indenture trustees, airlines, municipalities and other constituencies in pre-bankruptcy workouts and in the context of bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation. He has written and lectured extensively on matters of corporate reorganizations, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and debt restructures and workouts.
