Walter Skinner is a partner in the firm's Government Contracts and Maritime sections. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Skinner focuses on all aspects of government contract law, including international matters. He has concentrated on the management of major government systems and programs, and the resolution of related claims and disputes. His practice also includes bid protests, negotiating contracts, subcontracts, contract changes, teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, and settlement agreements, export control, and mediation and arbitration of employment contracts and related issues.
