Bill Stauffer is a partner in the firm's Litigation Section, where he focuses his practice on complex business trials, including representation of the developer/homebuilder, financial institution and manufacturing industries. Mr. Stauffer has more than 30 years of experience litigating matters in state and federal courts, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. He also represents businesses and individuals in matters involving insurance coverage, dissolution and receiverships, injunctions, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and protection of proprietary rights.
