Tony Tingen is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Section, where he practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial leasing and mortgage lending. Mr. Tingen represents developers and lenders in the acquisition and financing of office buildings and shopping center developments, and advises landlords and tenants in leasing office, warehouse and flex space.

- Negotiation of office space leases on behalf of owner of office park complex containing over 270,000 rentable square feet
- Represented seller of two, four-story commercial office buildings valued at $15.5 million with a net rentable area of over 146,000 square feet
- Represented national shopping center developer in the acquisition and development of 160 acres, including development of retail shopping center on approximately 26 acres, and development and sale of remaining acreage
- Represented national lender in documenting and closing $35 million revolving credit facility secured by real property, inventory, equipment and accounts
- Representation of state Housing Finance Agency in lending state and federal monies to developers of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Projects throughout North Carolina
- Represented owner of medical office park in connection with construction of new office building, including $1.4 million conduit financing and acquisition, subdivision and recombination of additional property required for development
