Tad vanDusen is a partner in the firm's Business Section. Mr. vanDusen represents businesses in connection with their corporate, tax and transactional needs. He regularly advises clients about choice of entity and formation issues, capitalization and finance, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax-driven transactions, other tax issues, securities, venture capital, technology transfer, executive compensation, software and Internet agreements, and business contracts. Mr. vanDusen also represents tax-exempt organizations in connection with formation, applying for recognition of tax-exempt status and ongoing compliance with the rules and regulations governing tax-exempt entities.
