Brian Vick is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Section. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving claims of unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, break of covenants not to compete, fraud and general contract litigation. Mr. Vick also maintains a tort litigation practice and has represented clients in cases involving claims of premises liability, wrongful death, general personal injury an products liability. He has extensive experience with federal court litigation in both the trial and appellate courts, and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Allyson Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and the Honorable Joel Dubina of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
