RICHMOND, VA — Laura Zinanni has joined Williams Mullen as an associate in the firm's Business and Financial Services sections. Her practice focuses on securities and general corporate matters. Ms. Zinanni has experience helping clients in a variety of transactions, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financings and other business transactions. Ms. Zinanni is a member of the Virginia State Bar. She received a B.A. from DePaul University and a J.D. from William & Mary School of Law.
