WASHINGTON, D.C. – Benjamin D. Arden and Sean M. Sullivan have joined Williams Mullen's Washington, D.C. office as associates.

Mr. Arden will practice as a member of the Business and Communications sections, focusing on broadcast media, telecommunications, general business matters, litigation and corporate/regulatory compliance. Mr. Arden is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Communications Bar Association and the State Bar of Illinois. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Arizona State University – Tempe and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Mr. Arden is supervised by Julian L. Shepard, a member of the D.C. Bar.

Sean M. Sullivan will practice as a member of the Environmental Section, where he will focus on compliance counseling and auditing, judicial review of government agency regulations, challenges to actions by government entities, environmental due diligence, and permit transfers for large corporate transactions. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the American Bar Association, Section on Natural Resources and Environment, and admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Florida and Virginia. He received his bachelor of science degree in environmental science, with honors, from the University of Miami and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law.
