RICHMOND, VA. - Matthew R. Osenga has joined Williams Mullen an associate in the firm's Technology, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Section. His practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and prosecution, as well as invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Mr. Osenga is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Illinois and Virginia. He is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Mr. Osenga received a B.S.E. in chemical engineering in 1997 from the University of Michigan and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 2000.
